In terms of smart manufacturing system: Relying on the industrial internet platform, the group has built a "digital incubation factory". Through the in-depth integration of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, it has achieved full-process digital management and control from order analysis to product delivery. The fully automated production lines are equipped with visual inspection systems, and the logistics center is equipped with automated stereoscopic warehousing, AGV intelligent scheduling systems, and RFID material tracking systems to achieve accurate distribution capabilities.

In terms of quality management: The group has built a full-life-cycle quality assurance system with the goal of "zero defects". It implements Six Sigma management through the Quality Management System (QMS), sets up quality checkpoints at key control points, and realizes full-process traceability from raw material batches to assembly serial numbers through the quality traceability platform.
