Hand in hand, Zhuojun Holdings and Jilin University officially unveiled the "Jilin Provincial University-Enterprise Joint Technology Innovation Laboratory for Automotive Intelligent Cockpits" on the morning of July 25, 2024, at the Automotive Engineering Building on the Nanling Campus of Jilin University. The laboratory had received approval from the Jilin Provincial Department of Education and the Jilin Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology in December 2023, marking the official launch of in-depth cooperation between the two parties in the field of intelligent cockpits.

University-Enterprise Cooperation for Joint Development

The unveiling ceremony was hosted by Professor Zhang Yingchao from the Department of Body Engineering, School of Automotive Engineering, Jilin University. Leaders and guests in attendance included Liu Xiyu, Chairman of Zhuojun Holdings, Niu Weidong, Vice President of Zhuojun Holdings, Gao Zhenhai, Dean of the School of Automotive Engineering of Jilin University, and Huang Zhonghua, Secretary of the Party Committee of the school. After the ceremony, the two parties held in-depth discussions on topics related to intelligent cockpit research and the joint development of the university-enterprise cooperation. Later, the attendees visited Jilin University’s Racing Team "Four New Modernizations" Base (referring to electrification, networking, intelligence, and sharing). Secretary Huang Zhonghua and the team leader gave a detailed introduction to the team’s achievements and talent cultivation efforts, which received high praise from the leaders of Zhuojun Holdings. The leaders of Zhuojun Holdings also expressed their expectation that through this cooperation, Jilin University’s scientific research achievements can be transformed into practical productivity, promoting the upgrading and progress of related industries.
