On October 14, 2024, Cao Jianxiao, Secretary of the Party General Branch and Deputy General Manager of China Automotive Components Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Automotive Components"), and his delegation paid a visit to Zhuojun Investment Holding (Changchun) Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuojun Holdings") and attended the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement. Cao Jianxiao, Secretary of the Party General Branch and Deputy General Manager of China Automotive Components, and Niu Weidong, Vice President of Zhuojun Holdings, witnessed the signing. Lu Wenming, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Business Department of China Automotive Components, and Uli Straub, Laboratory Director of Zhuojun Holdings, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties respectively.

First, the two parties held a discussion and exchanged views, and jointly reviewed their cooperation history. They expressed the hope to take this signing as an opportunity to further leverage their respective resource advantages, deepen cooperation in areas such as standard research, policies and regulations, supply chain services, and internationalization, so as to promote win-win development. Subsequently, the two parties signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement.

This signing has strengthened the strategic cooperative partnership between China Automotive Components and Zhuojun Holdings. In the future, the two parties will fully integrate and utilize advantageous resources to advance their cooperation into broader areas and deeper levels.
