Launch of the China-Germany Joint Venture Project

In May, Zhuojun Investment Holding Group formally signed a cooperation agreement with Isringhausen, a core brand under Germany’s century-old company Evonik Group, to jointly establish Zhuojun Feilaer (Changzhou) Auto Parts Co., Ltd.

This China-Germany joint venture project stands as Zhuojun’s most notable strategic layout this quarter, marking a crucial step in Zhuojun’s development in the field of NEV intelligent cockpits.

Meanwhile, the Phase II expansion project of Zhuojun’s Changzhou production base is progressing steadily and is expected to reach full production capacity this year.
