Beyond the traditional classroom setting, their "teaching moments" are everywhere: breaking down complex business logic into actionable steps in conference rooms; offering real-time support over computer screens; or sharing quick, insightful tips that resolve work bottlenecks during chance encounters in the break room. With patience, they ease new hires’ nerves; with expertise, they turn scattered experience into "practical playbooks"; and with sincerity, they build a "warm bridge" for knowledge sharing across the company — ensuring senior employees’ wisdom doesn’t go to waste, and new teammates grow without unnecessary detours.

Today, on this day honoring educators, Zhuojun launched a gratitude initiative titled "Craftsmanship of Teachers · Passing the Torch". We prepared heartfelt sunflower bouquets for each internal trainer: their bright blooms always face the sun, just as these mentors illuminate colleagues’ paths with their knowledge and guidance.
