On November 19, 2025, the National Finals of the 2025 China Innovation Method Competition successfully concluded in Tai'an, Shandong. The participating team from Changchun Zhuojun Automotive Technology R&D Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Zhuojun Holdings) stood out among 7,139 participating projects from 2,289 enterprises across 31 national divisions, winning the national second prize with its project "Enhancing the Safety of Automotive Zero-Gravity Seats Based on TRIZ Theory." In this competition, Zhuojun’s team deeply integrated advanced methodological tools from TRIZ theory—including functional analysis, contradiction matrix, and substance-field analysis—with the company’s long-term internal engineering systems such as DFMEA, DOE, FEA, and A3 Problem-Solving Reports, forming a scientific and rigorous R&D closed loop. Focusing on the challenge of occupant protection in zero-gravity seats under collision conditions, the project innovatively developed a safety seat system with rapid return functionality, significantly reducing potential occupant injuries during collisions and providing a actionable technical path for advancing intelligent cockpit safety technology.
