Landmark Signing: Deep China-Germany Technical Collaboration
Zhuojun Holdings held a high-level strategic meeting in Shanghai with Flexoo, a German leader in flexible sensor technology, and formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation. This cross-border technical partnership injects new momentum into smart cockpit upgrading.
Aligning with China’s 15th Five-Year Plan for strategic emerging industries, this cooperation marks a pivotal step for Zhuojun in global industrial competition. Backed by Germany’s engineering heritage, Flexoo brings proprietary technologies and strong R&D capabilities, which complement Zhuojun’s core strengths in smart cockpit systems, R&D and manufacturing of mid-to-high-end seats, and vehicle integration.
The two parties will focus on scenario-based innovative applications of flexible sensors in smart cockpits, launch joint R&D and forward-looking technology testing, and turn complex technologies into intuitive, user-perceptible solutions with upgradable experiences. Together, we will explore the global market, strengthen our voice in the industrial chain, create people-centric smart cockpit solutions, and accelerate Zhuojun’s leapfrog development in the sector.

In February, at the Conference on Building a Modern Industrial System in Changzhou, the 2025 Honor Roll of Enterprises with Outstanding Local Tax Contribution was officially released. Changzhou Zhuojun Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. was awarded “Top 300 Industrial Enterprises in Changzhou for Comprehensive Local Tax Contribution”.

Spark Initiative: Launch of Innovation Group to Power New Growth
In Q1 2026, Zhuojun Holdings officially launched the Spark Innovation Group and held its first thematic event, bringing together high-potential talents across disciplines, breaking departmental barriers, and injecting sustained endogenous innovation impetus into the company.
The first session, themed “Breakthroughs & Innovation – Sharing Improvements and Possibilities Around Us”, gathered backbones and young employees from all departments for open, hierarchy-free discussions.
